Recreation Department and the City of Malibu from any loss or liability

2010 TR&R Show Season
A Hello Note from your new President of Trancas Riders and Ropers
“Welcome to the 59th year of Trancas Riders and Ropers and the 1st show of
the season. My name is Jeff Routledge and I have been elected to serve as your
new president. I am so honored to have been a part of TR&R during this past
year as Arena manager and Vice President. 2009 was an amazing experience for
me as it was a year of service to our club and community, and it was truly a year
of transition. Indeed, last year served to rebuild and forge new bonds and it was
a time for enjoying and caring for the beautiful park that we call TR&R. This year
we will be focusing on how we can improve the facilities such as our recent
upgrade to the footing in both the public warm-up and show arenas, and also on
better communications and interactions with each other. 2010 will be an
amazing year for TR&R and we hope to expand the opportunities for the
professional equestrian community as well as Malibu’s long tradition of pleasure
riding and showing. My goal is be the pivot point of communications for the
club. Last year we built the web site http://trancasridersandropers.com as a
community expression platform and I am pleased that a good portion of the
membership uses this site often. It's a great way to keep up with what's new
and coming up. I hopefully encourage you join us there and contribute as this
site is for you and the club. I am looking forward to serving TR&R this coming
year and I hope to see you all at our wonderful shows. With your participation
and support it’s going to be a fantastic year !
