Subject: CERTIFICATED/MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

Background: Throughout the school year the district receives requests for Leaves of Absence,
letters of resignation, and subsequently employment of new personnel. Staffing is
also required for special programs such as Community Based English Tutoring
(CBET), Fall, Spring and Summer intersessions. These items require Board
approval.

Recommendation: Approve the following compensated leave(s) of absence:

 Belinda Minor, principal, extend leave from April 21 through June 30,
2010.

Approve the following uncompensated leaves of absence for the 2010-11 school
year:
