At that meeting Fremantle and Catalyst made it clear that there was no money to re-instate any of the changes that were made in April 2007. However, Fremantle said that the previous offer to look at reducing the length of the | pay freeze and increasing holidays was still on the table. ' The Bamet UNISON Branch said it would consult with its members via meetings (what they call an ‘indicative ballot’) about whether they wanted to reconsider the offer, or take further industrial action. Having read the recent letter from the Barnet UNISON Branch to you about this, we are concerned that the Branch is using this to promote its own views, instead of consulting you about yours. To get around this and find out what people really think, we have cancelled the meetings and set out the choices for you in plain, simple, neutral language in the two questions below and would very much like to know what you think.
