The three founders of the company each have ten years’ experience in recruiting in the region and actively manage every as-
signment until its successful conclusion. Our consultants all hold university qualifications in business, HR or psychology, speak
English and one other regional language fluently and are specialized in recruiting for one or more industry sector.
One consultant within the project team is appointed Key Account Manager, their task being to maintain contact with the client
and co-ordinate the work of the team.
Our clients receive regular briefings at every stage of the recruitment process, meaning daily telephone contact should it be
required and weekly reports tracking the progress of the search.

continuously.

Depending on the position in question, advertising certain positions significantly increases the effectiveness of a recruitment
campaign. The positions we advertise carry the Focus Consulting logo, well respected on the market for representing out-
standing career opportunities. All our positions are displayed automatically on the Focus Consulting website which is linked to
several popular job search sites.
We can secure discounted advertising in recommended publications and internet sites and undertake the writing, layout and
co-ordination of the ads.
Direct Search
Target lists are compiled in conjunction with our client. Once our internal researchers have identified potential contacts,
telephone screenings take place with our consultants and high potential candidates are evaluated in a detailed face-to-face
meeting. Our researchers utilize a broad range of resources to ensure we contact the most potential candidates on the
market.
Network of Contacts
Thanks to close on ten years’ of experience on the market, our network of contacts is very advanced. Personal contacts with
senior executives, universities and postgraduate institutions, alumni and other trade and professional organizations mean
