Minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the School Organizational Team (SOT)

The meeting was called to order by SOT team member Jill Stackel at 5:00 PM. It was seconded by Todd
Nash.
Approval of the Agenda

The agenda for the meeting was distributed and unanimously approved.

Review of Previous Meetings

The SOT Committee reviewed and unanimously approved the notes from the last meeting. Todd Nash
motioned for the minutes to be approved; Anna Sowell seconded the motion.

Issues That Were Discussed This Meeting

● The Supply Drive:


○ The supply drive was not as successful as anticipated
○ We will be sending out a hard copy that is separate from the digital newsletter in hopes of
helping to boost the drive

● Parent Survey:
○ 82 have been turned in as of today’s date (April 10, 2018)

● Funding Grants:
○ We will receive the results in May
New Business

● Ordering for next year :


○ We have ordered everything for next year with this year’s budget
○ We will then do general supplies in May with all that has been left over

● Future Meetings:
○ We will conduct email meetings for the months of June and July
○ Our final meeting is scheduled for August

● Open Positions:
○ All positions are filled
○ Tanksley and Ms. Rose are going onto the surplus list due to lack of numbers

Agenda and Time of Next Meeting

The next meeting date will be May 8, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 PM by SOT member Ana Pisano. It was seconded by Todd Nash.
