DMC Parents: Please make sure that you’re checking Infinite Campus weekly to keep track of your child’s grades,
attendance, and assignments. Third Quarter ends March 8th!

PTA NEWS: Please join us for our monthly family dinner night, this Thursday at Panda Express on Stephanie!

DMC District Budget (2nd posting): Families, for the 2024-2025 school year, we were cut $400,00.00 from our current year’s
funding. This is due to enrollment numbers lowered, higher performance state rating due to our high performing test scores (we
lost $140,000.00 from At-Risk and ELL Funds from the state), and staff salary increases. We will be asking PTA for assistance
in purchasing needed software programs no longer funded by CCSD and used our current funds to save a teaching position.

Cheers for DMC: Congratulations to Ms. Swinger who got a project funded through Donor’s Choose entitled “Comfort in
Kindergarten.”

Super Wow Students: Congratulations to Pedro from Mrs. Garza’s third grade class and to Devin in Mrs. Klainer’s first
grade class. They have already doubled their AR Goals for the year!
