1. Report (minimum 40 pages and maximum 100 pages)
2. Presentation (15 minutes of which each member of the group has to present at least for 3 minutes)
The main points to be covered are:
• Summary • History of the organization • Facts of the organization • Organizational structure • Management hierarchy/ managerial levels • Managerial flow chart of orders • Centralization and decentralization concept • SWOT analysis • Area of Improvement (your own point of view) • HOW TO IMPROVE(the way i.e.) • Conclusion • Suggestions and recommendations (i.e. almost like area of improvement and how to improve but this can be drawn beyond the resources consideration of the organization i.e. how to make it perfect)
Important things to remember:
• Punctuality • Out-look (formal dressing, clean shave(boys), and everything I mentioned in the class) • Set-up time for presentation is 5 minutes • Organization names will be accepted till 31st of july • Critical analysis and questions should be entertained by the groups in a pleasant and professional manner. ( there is no room for sissies in my class)
