PAGE 1: EXT. LONDON. DOCKLANDS. NIGHT.
1: A man runs though the dark and misty docks of London,
he is being chased by someone we don’t see.

MAN
*huff huff* gah

PAGE 2:

1: The man looks over his shoulder nervously as he runs.


MAN
oh lord, help me.

2: A silhouette appears behind him in the mist. The man


picks up speed at the sound of his voice.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
this way! he’s here!

MAN
oh no-
ERIQUE GASLAMP
hurry up or we’ll lose him!

3: A second larger silhouette appears next to the first.


GEROME GASLAMP
you were the one who let him slip
last time so don’t yell at me-

ERIQUE GASLAMP
we don’t have time alright come
on!
4: The man ducks into a caged off archway hoping to evade
his pursuers.
MAN
*huff huff*
5: The man hides in the gloom of the archway and watches
from behind a crate.
6: The two silhouettes jog to a halt outside the caged
archway.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
fantastic work there little
brother...

PAGE 3:
1: ERIQUE GASLAMP hops up onto a low stone wall and peers
into the mist looking for the man. GEROME GASLAMP checks a
near by pile of crates outside the cage.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
as usual we are behind schedule
2: GEROME tuns to face his brother.

GEROME GASLAMP
well big brother we wouldn’t be
if you hadn’t wanted to "alter
the design" of the handcuffs at
the last minute...

3: ERIQUE drops down from the wall and stands toe to toe
with his larger, younger brother.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
don’t you dare blame my
equipment! if you weren’t such a
lumbering troll we could have
snuck up on him
GEROME GASLAMP
don’t push me shorty...
4: Behind the arguing sibling something begins to stir
inside the caged archway.
SFX: CRACK

ERIQUE GASLAMP
what I lack in physical hight I
more than make up-
GEROME GASLAMP
shut it, did you hear that?
5: The brothers look for the source of the sound.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
hear what, your idiocy?

GEROME GASLAMP
no it came from over...
6: GEROME points towards the archway, ERIQUE peers at it
from behind his brothers huge frame.

MAN

PAGE 4:
1: The man has transformed into a giant werewolf and has
smashed though the cage leaping at his perusers.
MAN
arooooo!
ERIQUE GASLAMP
crikey!
2: ERIQUE dives out of the way as the werewolf lands on
his brother.
GEROME GASLAMP
alright fur ball... my turn now.
3: GEROME rolls backwards with the momentum pulling the
wolf with him. ERIQUE watches from the side lines.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
need any help?

4: GEROME lands on his feet and picks the wolf up above


his head.
GEROME GASLAMP
no I think I- *hrtt*
can manage...

5: GEROME slams the wolf into the ground head first.


MAN
y-elp!

SFX: CRUNNCHH!

PAGE 5:
1: GEROME steps back next to his brother.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
nicely done
GEROME GASLAMP
thanks...

2: GEROME sits down on the low wall and catches his


breath.

thank Christ he wasn’t as strong
as the last one

ERIQUE GASLAMP
new wolves usually aren’t, this
one’s only a week or two since
turned.
3: ERIQUE clasps the handcuffs on the defeated wolf man.

SFX: click!
ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)
least this one was quick, didn’t
have to go trawling though acres
of forests to find ’im
GEROME GASLAMP
small mercy’s I guess...
4: ERIQUE sits next to his brother as they soak up the
victory.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
sorry I yelled at you

GEROME GASLAMP
it’s alright... one of us has to
be the bigger man
5: ERIQUE turns and glares at his brother red faced.

ERIQUE GASLAMP

GEROME GASLAMP

6: ERIQUE sees the funny side and settles down again.


ERIQUE GASLAMP

GEROME GASLAMP
come on, lets get ’im up and out
of here before the plod come
sniffin’ round.

PAGE 6:
1: The wolf man bolts to his feet and roars at the
brothers.

MAN
ROARRR!
2: The brothers, terrified, return the vocal outburst

ERIQUE GASLAMP
AHHHH!
GEROME GASLAMP
AHHHH!

3: GEROME aims his hand cannon like revolver and fires at


the wolf man.
SFX: BLAM! BLAM!! BLAM!!!

MAN
a-rook!
4: GEROME grabs the wolf man and begins to tie up his
muzzle. ERIQUE stands there is shock.

GEROME GASLAMP
don’t worry they were stun
rounds. Didn’t kill it, honest!
5: ERIQUE helps his brother carry the wolf away from the
scene.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I just wish you’d warn me
sometimes. Didn’t build that
thing so you could use it all the
time.

6: The brothers pile the wolf man into the back of a


large, secure carriage.
GEROME GASLAMP
all the time... not used it since
yesterday!
ERIQUE GASLAMP
in a public house!

7: GEROME locks the back door while ERIQUE hops up onto


the seat behind the horses.
GEROME GASLAMP
you didn’t here what he said to
me!

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I don’t care, just stop it or I’m
taking it back
8: GEROME climbs up next to ERIQUE.

PAGE 7: INT. GASLAMP CREATURE & APPARITION ERADICATION


SERVICE OFFICES. LONDON. NIGHT.
1: The cart is parked up outside the offices, the horses
have a feed bag on and eat quietly in the soft gas powered
light of the street.

ERIQUE GASLAMP

INT. GASLAMP CREATURE & APPARITION ERADICATION SERVICE


OFFICES. NIGHT
2: Erique and Gerome are struggling to load a large heavy
cage into position inside a frame. Around the gap they are
trying to fill are other cages housing various creatures.
The wolf inside this cage is beginning to stir.
GEROME GASLAMP
almost... just a bit...
3: Erique and Gerome get the cage into place, it is still
hanging out at the front however.
GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)
there we go!
ERIQUE GASLAMP
right, I’ll send word to Mr
Fettley, let him know he can pick
up his dog
4: Erique begins to walk away, Gerome pushes the cage
flush with the frame that surrounds it.

GEROME GASLAMP
if he complains about the damage
tell him its bigger than he said
it would be.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I’m sure he’ll be fine with it
GEROME GASLAMP
a lot bigger...

5: Erique leaves his brother and enters a small cluttered


office. The walls are lined with maps and trophies of
previous jobs.
6: Erique begins to scribble a note on a small piece of
paper. Gerome appears at the office door holding a pigeon.

GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)


gonna’ need to get some more
pigeons tomorrow.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
whys that?
GEROME GASLAMP
the Lizard thing in number eleven
keeps eating them.

7: Erique stands and attaches the message to the birds


leg.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
how’s it eating them? we keep
them separate don’t we?
GEROME GASLAMP
seems to get ’em when they come
back, think he lures them in with
scraps.

8: Erique leans out of the window and releases the bird.


GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)
whys it still here anyway?

PAGE 8:
1: Erique and Gerome exit the small office and return to
the large storage room.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
because the man who sent us to
find it has gone missing it would
seem so we are stuck with it till
he returns

2: Gerome peers at cage eleven as they walk across the


storage room.
GEROME GASLAMP
can’t we just let it out, he’s
not comin’ back

ERIQUE GASLAMP
what back into the Thames? are
you mad?

3: Erique is half way up the stairs, Gerome lingers at the


bottom still staring at cage eleven.
GEROME GASLAMP
why not? better’n havin’ to stare
at it all day.

I’ll tell you why not...

INT. GASLAMP OFFICES. LIVING ROOM. NIGHT.


1: Erique and Gerome enter the living room to their flat
above the office.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
because If we did we’d be no
better than those bounders who
work for Thelonious bleedin’
Darwin!
2: Erique sits at a small desk. Gerome slumps into a high
backed chair.
ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)
also, I don’t want to go anywhere
near that thing

GEROME GASLAMP
too right! think even Scarlet is
afraid of that thing!
3: The two brothers sit quietly for a moment in their
respective chairs.
4: Gerome leans to his brother slightly.
GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)
d’you ever wonder what Dad would
say if he could see us now?
ERIQUE GASLAMP
sometimes...
4: Erique spins in his chair to face his brother.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)


then I remember that he used to
lecture us on anything and
everything we did. He’d belittle
us just to make a point me
especially
5: Gerome lifts himself out of his chair. Erique follows
suit.
GEROME GASLAMP
I guess so... did ’ave some good
stories though! like the one
about the komodo dragon

ERIQUE GASLAMP
ha! yeas that one was good. Well
goodnight brother, watch out for
dragons

6: Gerome has almost closed the door to his bedroom behind


him. Erique holds onto the door frame to his room a moment
and looks back into the living room.
GEROME GASLAMP
don’t worry I shall, somebody’s
got to look out for you... ’night
ERIQUE GASLAMP

PAGE 9: INT. GASLAMP OFFICES. WORKSHOP. DAY.


1: Erique is tinkering away at a work bench while Gerome
is at a weight bench in the corner. Scarlet Webb enters
the workshop.

SCARLET WEBB
I just can’t believe you two!
2: Scarlet stands next to Erique who continues to work.

SCARLET WEBB
you find the thing, bring it back
here and then what?
GEROME GASLAMP
we went to bed
3: Scarlet marches over to Gerome.
SCARLET WEBB
you, you went to bed?

GEROME GASLAMP
yep, brawling with a wolf man is
very tiring work y’know
4: Scarlet leans on to the handle of the weights Gerome is
benching.
SCARLET WEBB
and did it not once come into
your tiny muscle bound brain that
you should do the paper work for
this-
5: Gerome lifts the weights and Scarlet up, locking his
elbows straight.

GEROME GASLAMP
it was the middle of the night,
we had a wolf man to deal with
6: Gerome places the weights down into their cradle.
SFX: clunk

SCARLET WEBB
well if you want to keep dealing
with wolf men or lizard men you
need to do this properly!

7: Erique lowers his hand towards a drawer in his


workbench.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
I completely agree which is why I
have this

8: Erique spins his stool round and holds out the report
for last nights job.
GEROME GASLAMP
when did you do that?
ERIQUE GASLAMP
last night, after you went to
sleep I was up anyway

SCARLET WEBB
oh...

PAGE 10:

1: Scarlet takes the file from Erique.


SCARLET WEBB
thank you, I’ll go file this then
2: Scarlet exits the workshop and heads into the offices.
Erique returns to his work, Gerome moves next to him
wiping sweat away with a towel.
GEROME GASLAMP
thought you were exhausted last
night

ERIQUE GASLAMP
when I laid down I just couldn’t
sleep so I thought I would work.
Got the idea for this while I was
up

3: Gerome peers over his brothers shoulder trying to see.


GEROME GASLAMP
well what is it then?

4: Erique holds up a new revolver.


ERIQUE GASLAMP
thought you might appreciate some
new hardware. It’s a revolver as
before but I’ve redesigned it for
you. Moved the cylinder, changed
the hammer.
5: Gerome aims the gun testing the weight.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)


it’s an amalgamation of your
revolver and one of those those
new self cocking models
GEROME GASLAMP
I like it, good balance, wait...
my revolver?
6: Gerome inspects the gun more closely.

GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)


you dismantled my weapon without
even asking me first?
ERIQUE GASLAMP
I needed the parts! there was
only so much I could build
without it
7: Gerome grabs Erique by the collar and lifts him up.
GEROME GASLAMP
I can’t believe you didn’t ask me
first. I loved that gun
ERIQUE GASLAMP
you were asleep

GEROME GASLAMP
that’s not the point!
SCARLET WEBB
*ahem*
8: Scarlet stands in the doorway to the workshop. The
brothers turn to her, Gerome is still holding his brother.
SCARLET WEBB (cont’d)
if you two have quite finished,
Mr Fettley is here to see you

PAGE 11: INT. GASLAMP OFFICES. LIVING ROOM. DAY.


1: Mr Fettley stands from his high backed chair as Scarlet
leads Erique and Gerome up the stairs into the room.

SCARLET WEBB
Mr Fettley I apologise for your
wait
MR FETTLEY
It is quite alright my dear, I
appreciate you seeing me so early
2: Scarlet steps towards the kitchen.
SCARLET WEBB
if you will please excuse me I
will bring you all some tea
3: The three men take their seats.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
Mr Fettley it is a pleasure to
see you again
MR FETTLEY
no no the pleasure is all mine,
after your speedy completion of
the task I set you I cannot thank
you enough.
GEROME GASLAMP
is there something else you need
from us sir?
4: Mr Fettley shuffles in his seat.
MR FETTLEY
I’m afraid there is my boy. The
gentleman- the creature I asked
you to find had escaped from our
facility as you already know-
5: Scarlet enters the room carrying their beverages.

MR FETTLEY (cont’d)
ah! thank you my dear it smells
divine.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
please continue Mr Fettley
MR FETTLEY
ah, errm
6: Scarlet begins to pour tea from the pot.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
Miss Webb is well aware of your
need for privacy in this matter,
she is like family to us we trust
her completely

MR FETTLEY
my apologies, If this were ever
to get out
7: Scarlet hands Mr Fettley his tea.

SCARLET WEBB
not at all, please
MR FETTLEY
thank you. The man, who became
the wolf used to work for me. He
had been part of of our "new
sciences" division. He had been
working in our pharmaceuticals
laboratory trying to create a new
vaccination for our boys
overseas, as you can see the
results were not... expected
8: Gerome begins to take a sip of his tea.

GEROME GASLAMP
that would account for the
difference in strength-
ERIQUE GASLAMP
and the speed of the change, why
are you telling us this?
9: Mr Fettley places his cup and saucer on the table.
MR FETTLEY
because I believe there may be
more of them.

PAGE 12:

1: Gerome lowers his cup from his face. Mr Fettly reaches


for his briefcase
GEROME GASLAMP
more? how many more?

MR FETTLEY
I’m not sure of the exact
numbers. We found these in his
lab after the escape.
2: Mr Fettley hands a dossier over to Erique.

MR FETTLEY (cont’d)
he has a home outside of the
city, he did a lot of his
preliminary work there and as
such we have no information on
what he was truly up to during
his time there
3: Erique looks up from the dossier. Gerome leans over to
peek at it.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
so there could be nothing up
there, it’s a little out of the
way for nothing sir

MR FETTLEY
you will be fully compensated
either way. I just need
confirmation that this ordeal is
over and you boys have already
proven that you can get the job
done
4: Erique turns to his brother who agrees with a non
committal shrug.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
alright then...
5: Erique stands and shakes Mr Fettley’s hand.
ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)
we should have the answer you
need by weeks end
MR FETTLEY
thank you- the both of you for
your compliance in this...
sensitive matter
GEROME GASLAMP
not a problem at all sir, we’ll
get it done quickly and quietly

6: Mr Fettley makes his way down the stairs.


GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)
at least we will be out of the
city for a while, feels like we
have been here for an age

ERIQUE GASLAMP
His money is good and I am
intrigued by this whole
scenario... pack you’re things,
we’ll leave straight away.

PAGE 13: EXT. GASLAMP OFFICES. DAY.


1: Erique is on top of the carriage strapping down some
equipment. Gerome is tending to the horse.

GEROME GASLAMP
I still can’t believe you didn’t
tell me...
ERIQUE GASLAMP
oh lord why won’t you let this
go?
2: Erique leans over the edge of the carriage, Gerome does
not look up at him.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)


I thought it would help and I
thought you would appreciate
having a better weapon. Next time
I will come to you if I have a
brilliant idea I promise

3: Gerome looks up from the horse.


GEROME GASLAMP
...it does sight better than my
old gun- but only a little
4: Scarlet exits the office holding a small pack.
SCARLET WEBB
have the two of you finished your
squabbling?
ERIQUE GASLAMP

GEROME GASLAMP
yes
5: Scarlet steps up to the carriage. Gerome is rummaging
through the pack.
SCARLET WEBB
good! now I’ve packed some
provisions in case this takes a
while. There is also something in
there for if you get a little
peckish on the road

GEROME GASLAMP

you’re welcome love

6: Erique hops down onto the seat behind the horse. Gerome
climbs up besides him.
SCARLET WEBB (cont’d)
now Mr Fettley has paid us for
last nights excitement and even
gave us a down payment on this
job. We’re not getting a lot of
work right now so make this one
count or I’ll throw you in number
11!
ERIQUE GASLAMP
Relax, we’ll get up there and
check it out and be back in a day
or so

7: Scarlet steps back from the horse and carriage.


SCARLET WEBB
just be thorough, that’s all I’m
asking

GEROME GASLAMP
don’t worry we’ll be fine! thanks
for the meat pies!

8: The carriage is moving away from the office. Scarlet


watches them trundle away down the street.
SCARLET WEBB
be safe!

ERIQUE GASLAMP
trust me! nothing could possibly
go wrong!

PAGE 14:

1: Erique is jogging back past Scarlet towards the office


door. Scarlet rubs her eyes in disbelief
ERIQUE GASLAMP
I forgot my analysis goggles

SCARLET WEBB
*sigh*

EXT. ROAD OUT OF LONDON. DAY.

2: Erique and Gerome are sitting on the drivers seat of


the carriage. Gerome is eating one of the pies Scarlet
gave him.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
Could you please eat less like a
chimp?

GEROME GASLAMP
guh?
3: Gerome wipes his mouth with the back of his sleeve.
Erique brushes crumbs off of his coat.

they’re real good! you should try

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I think I have sampled enough of
them already thank you very much
4: Gerome wraps up his half eaten pie in a handkerchief.
ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)
we have a long ride in front of
us and a hard one if we wish to
be there by night fall
GEROME GASLAMP
alright, I’ll get some kip then.
Be in the back
5: Gerome climbs into the carriage. Erique turns up the
collar on his coat.
GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)
give me a shout when it’s my turn
ERIQUE GASLAMP

6: Erique turns his attention back to the road ahead.

PAGE 15: EXT. HENDLY MANOR. ESTATE GROUNDS. NIGHT.


1: Gerome pulls the carriage up in front of the main
gates.

GEROME GASLAMP
we’re here
2: Erique pops his drowsy head out of the carriage window.

can’t be, I’ve only been in here
five minutes

3: Gerome leans back over the edge of his seat to look at


his brother.
GEROME GASLAMP
five minutes awake maybe, you
have been snoring for the last
three hours
4: Gerome jumps out of the drivers seat and heads for the
gate.
GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)
and don’t say you don’t because
you do. Now come on it’s time to
work
5: Erique steps out of the carriage pulling on his coat.
Gerome is opening the large iron gates.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I am always ready to work, work
is my life

GEROME GASLAMP
tinkering is your life...
6: Erique closes the carriage door behind him whilst he
glares at his brother.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
enough, let it go!
SFX: THUNK!
7: Erique climbs into the drivers seat.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)


pay attention, I don’t think
we’ll run into many kindly
villages tonight

8: Gerome steps onto the carriage as it rolls through the


gate.
GEROME GASLAMP
shame I do enjoy kindly
villages... especially the tavern
girls

PAGE 16:

1: The carriage rumbles down a narrow dirt road towards


the mansion house.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
I’m well aware of your standing
on tavern girls Gerry, If you
remember that is the reason we
can’t go in the Kings Head
anymore

2: Gerome holds out a lamp to see into the gloom.


GEROME GASLAMP
ha! I remember. Worth every cut
and bruise!

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I can’t say I agree with you on
that one
3: Erique rubs the back of his head.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)


I’m sure that’s why I keep
getting such powerful headaches
you know

GEROME GASLAMP
I thought it was your ego
escaping
4: The carriage pulls up as the dirt road opens up
revealing a dark, abandoned mansion.

5: Gerome swings round to look at his brother who is still


sat in the drivers seat.
GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)
you alright?

ERIQUE GASLAMP
y-yes I’m fine
6: Erique hops down from the drivers seat.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)


Perhaps Mr Fettly was right to
send us
7: Gerome joins his brother in front of the horses, the
two of them stare that the mansion before them.

GEROME GASLAMP
d’you think something is in
there?

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I’m not sure. Lets wait till
morning

PAGE 17:
1: Erique is walking back towards the carriage. Gerome
turns to him.

GEROME GASLAMP
don’t you want to have a look
now?
2: Erique opens the side door to the carriage.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
I just think we should rest
first. Remember Wales?
3: A small set of steps folds out as the door is pulled
open. Gerome leans on the side of the carriage.

ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)


we’ll get a good nights sleep
first then start bright and early

SFX: CH-CHAK
4: Erique steps into the carriage. Gerome continues to
lean on the frame outside.
GEROME GASLAMP
alright but Wales was different,
we didn’t know they would be in
there. Their nest was supposed to
be in the cave
5: The lamp inside the carriage is lit and Erique begins
to rummage inside.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
don’t pout brother, you’ve had a
long day and deserve a few hours
sleep

6: Erique appears at the door holding a tent packed in a


large duffle bag.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
I’ll take first watch

PAGE 18:
1: The tent is erected beside the carriage, the horses are
quietly munching on their feed bags. Gerome and Erique are
sitting outside the tent looking up at the mansion.
GEROME GASLAMP
fancy a brew?
ERIQUE GASLAMP
why not
2: Gerome pours tea from a little tea pot hung over a
small fire.
ERIQUE GASLAMP (cont’d)
thank you
GEROME GASLAMP
what do you think we’ll find in
there?

3: Erique takes the cup from his brother.


ERIQUE GASLAMP
still not sure, but we’ll do it
properly either way. A decent man
has paid us a tidy sum to do a
job
GEROME GASLAMP
hope you aren’t insinuating that
I’m not a professional

4: Erique takes a sip of his tea trying to hide his grin


behind the cup.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
I’m not insinuating anything...
I’m flat out telling

5: Gerome stands and places his hand on Erique’s shoulder.

6: Gerome begins to climb into the tent.

1: from above we see the Gaslamp camp in front of the
mansion, the grounds are expansive but surrounded by dense
woodland. Birds fly from the trees as if something has
disturbed them. Erique is still sitting outside the tent
by the fire.
ERIQUE GASLAMP

PAGE 20: INT. MANSION. DAY.


1: Gerome kicks the front door open, he is holding a
blunderbuss styled weapon and carrying a large pack on his
back. Erique is behind him carrying a small pack.
SFX: CRACK!
2: Gerome sweeps his weapon across the room.

GEROME GASLAMP

3: Erique steps past him and enters the mansion.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
no I imagine the’d be half way to
Manchester by now
GEROME GASLAMP
what? you wanted to get in...

4: Erique lights a small lamp. Gerome continues to check


out the entrance hall.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
I did yes what I didn’t want was
to scare off whatever is or isn’t
here
5: Erique adjusts the lens of his lamp, narrowing the beam
so it acts like a torch. Gerome peeks into a room off the
entrance hall.

GEROME GASLAMP
bet you a pie there’s nothing
here

ERIQUE GASLAMP

6: Erique aims his torch beam into the corner of the room,
underneath the stairs.

chances are if there is a lab it
will be below ground. Seems
logical that we start there.

7: Gerome turns to Erique, still pointing his gun into the


adjoining room.
GEROME GASLAMP
don’t you want to split up? do it

8: Erique heads towards the door under the stairs.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
no I might need your eyes down
there and your lamp so put down
that ruddy siege weapon and come
on

PAGE 21:

1: Gerome places the blunderbuss into the holster on his


back.
GEROME GASLAMP
it’s not a siege weapon, its a
perfectly legitimate tool for
defense
2: Gerome lights his lamp.

3: Erique turns to his brother.

ERIQUE GASLAMP

4: Gerome begins to move towards his brother.

5: Gerome steps onto the rug in the middle of the floor,


it creaks under his weight.
GEROME GASLAMP (cont’d)

ERIQUE GASLAMP

SFX: CREEEEEEK

6: Gerome steps into the center of the rug and the floor
boards give out completely sending him tumbling into
darkness.
GEROME GASLAMP
who’re you calling tank comm-
woah!
SXF: KR-ACK!!!

PAGE 22: INT. MANSION. DAY.


1: Erique rushes to the edge of the hold and points his
light into it.
ERIQUE GASLAMP
Gerry? you alright?
GEROME GASLAMP
*gurrrrh*
2: Erique begins to rumage through his pack.

ERIQUE GASLAMP
hold on I’m coming down

INT. MANSION LAB. DAY.

3: Gerome sits up, he is surrounded by darkness except for


the faint light from the hole above.
GEROME GASLAMP
I’m alright, I-I’ll be alright
4: Gerome reaches into his belt and pulls out a small
flair, igniting it with his thumb. He squints in the harsh
red glow.

SFX: FHSsssss

5: Gerome’s eyes adjust to the light and he can see into


the gloom.
