The proposal is for the betterment of transport services, at


GENPACT, By establishing a separate logistic department facilitating
WHEELS Gurgaon, its own transport department.

PROBLEMS AND NEEDS

Large organization providing transportation to 5000+ employees at


its Gurgaon Centre. Lack of technical support for tracking cabs. And there
is a need for proper technical support system.

employees are happy with there transport system and they have
