Please submit all supporting documentation, including your application fee if you did not pay by credit card, to the
address below. Please note that if sending your fee by mail that your application will not be reviewed until receipt of
the fee.

Official transcripts and reference letters in support of an application must be submitted by hard copy, either
accompanying your application package or forwarded separately by the appropriate authority. If forwarded
separately, please ensure that your complete name and, if possible, birth date are noted on the documents so that
they are matched to your file in a timely manner.

Other supporting documents (not including transcripts or reference letters) may be e-mailed electronically to
graduate_admissions@umanitoba.ca. This includes CVs / Resumes, Statements of Intent, Samples of Writing,
etc. If possible, please forward these documents as PDF files. The e-mail must include your complete name, birth
date and if applicable, U of M reference number, so that the documents are matched to your file in a timely
manner. If sending by e-mail is not an option, you may also send these by hard copy with the remainder of your
supporting documents.

Please do NOT submit a paper copy of the application form after applying on-line.
