PROVIDE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

Once you have submitted your application, you will have ongoing communication with your
admissions advisor. You will be asked to provide the following documentation, which is necessary
before we are able to process your application.

A. ONLINE PASTORAL RECOMMENDATION FORM

All applicants must provide an Online Pastoral Recommendation Form completed by their church
pastor or senior leader. Within your application, you will be asked to provide us with your leader’s
or pastor’s full name and email address. Once you submit your application form, the Online Pastoral
Recommendation Form will automatically be sent out to your pastor/leader. The pastor/leader will
click on the link sent to their email in order to complete your Online Pastoral Recommendation Form.
Once they complete and submit it, we will automatically receive back your recommendation, and it
will be added to your application process. The pastor/leader must have known you personally for at
least 6 months and cannot be a direct relative of yours. If your pastor/leader is a direct relative, you
will be required to select a different pastor/leader to fill out the recommendation.

B. HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS

Please provide your official High School transcript (or equivalent) and previous college transcripts
(if applicable). The transcripts must include grades, graduation date, and signature of the school
registrar. Transcripts must be mailed directly from the school to our Admissions Office. If the school
is not able to mail out the transcript, you can mail it yourself, as long as the document comes in the
school’s sealed envelope. Transcripts received in an unsealed envelope will be considered unofficial
and will not be accepted. In case you can’t mail us your transcript in a sealed envelope, please get
your official transcript notarized and mail us the notarized copy. For any questions, please contact
your advisor. Transcripts must be in English.

Please have all official documents sent to:

REVIEW TUITION AND FEES

Before you begin your program of studies, please be aware of our tuition and fees for the Online
Program. Our program consists of four 10-week terms per year (winter, spring, summer, and fall), and
you will be able to choose how many courses to take each term (minimum one, maximum four).
Tuition is charged per course, which means each term your tuition will be determined by how many
courses you take.

We offer our returning students a Continuation Discount of 15% off tuition, automatically applied to
your student account as long as you maintain continuous enrollment for at least one course each
term, beginning on your second term.

Your Admissions Advisor will notify you via email of the Registrar’s decision concerning your
application and guide you through the next steps.

Once you get accepted as a new student, your Admissions Advisor will connect you with your
