Objectives

 To know the customer preference regarding to


“chocolates”.
 To the nearest competitor in the market of
chocolate.
 To know the preference of respondents domestic
or imported.
 To know the view of respondent regarding the
effect of Chocolate on health.
 To know the level of satisfaction of respondents
regarding their preferred Chocolate.

 Sample Area-Ludhiana &Himachal Pradesh.
 Data collection-
Primary data-Through questionnaire and
interviews.
Secondary data-Through internet.

question to be answered.

the key variables.
