Bite Catering Couture Pick-Up A Party Menu

Unless otherwise specified, food is sent in bulk (packed in boxes) for you to arrange and
display at your party. For an additional charge, food can be beautifully arranged on
disposable platters or baskets.

Baskets and Platters are available at additional cost:

Baskets – Pricing depends on guest count and basket required – Please ask for a quote
Hard High Quality Plastic Platters - $8 per platter (1 per item per 10 guests)
Standard Lightweight Plastic Domed Platters - $2 per platter (1 per item per 10 guests)

Hummus and olive tapenade with homemade pita chips, olive oil, fresh herbs, olives and pine nuts

Served with homemade buttermilk Ranch dipping sauce

Served with toasted walnuts, assorted grapes, dried apricots and figs, membrillo, sliced bread and crackers
