Function: Thinking about the central idea, what do you now know about being organized …
I now know that organizing helps in many ways to achieve our goal. For example we had an important meeting and you forgot
about it, what will happen but if you had a note to help you remind yourself than you will not forget about it and it is better. I
learned that I should be more organized and also organizing helps our way through the business or things we will have to do in
the future. Good point.
Between September 29 - October 8 2010 my ability to organise myself has… improved because I was
never an organized person and after this activities like the bake sale they made my skills improve and also they changed my
mind to become more of an organized person. Excellent!

Action: One of the goals I set myself was… to put the thing in my mind to remember it because if we have it in our
mind it just helps us to remember better. In order to keep it in our mind we also need organization too.

Reflection: I achieved this goal because I got better organizing because I needed to organize all this E-mails about inter-
views and also in bake sale I needed to send an E-mail to Mr. Doug which was about putting the bake sale thing on. The way I
organize myself is to just follow what I have in my head because everything I do I remember what to do. Also I achieved my
goal because I succeeded and I finished doing. Well done. Do you think you will eventually need to start recording the things
you need to get done rather than just keeping them in your head?

Responsibility: What have you learned in this unit that may help you in the future? I learned in this unit that organizing
helps us to achieve because everything we did we needed organization. For example the bake sale needed a lot of organization
because we had to make the job have advertisements and also sell it. So I learned that being organized is a good thing to re-
member.
