We will be hosting the opening of Doongalik Studios Store on Saturday, August 6 at Village Roadwe hope that you can join us! Here are the directions to get to the Gallery from our former Paradise Island location: Travelling over the exit bridge from Paradise Island, make a left and continue in the RIGHT lane along East Bay Street (which is a oneway street) until you get to the traffic light at Montague Beach. Turn right on to Village Road (which is a twoway street so please stay on the LEFT side to the next traffic light on Shirley Street) then continue straight ahead along Village Road past Colina Insurance on the right (which is about a quarter mile past the light). DOONGALIK STUDIOS is the third building on the right past Colina Insurance. There are large orange walls before the entrance gate with a Jackson Burnside Limited sign as well. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Tributes continue for Jackson..We say a special thank you to the DAGUILAR ART FOUNDATION for mounting and hosting an Exhibition of his paintings last month in his honour, and to those collectors who loaned their artwork! The WE THE PEOPLE Committee (of which Jackson was one of the first 30 to sign on) will be spearheading a Tree Planting Campaign on Emancipation Day, Saturday August 1 in Nassau. In honour of Jackson, they gathered at Doongalik Studios on Saturday to plant a pomegranate fruit tree on the property. Visit

The art community came out in full force to celebrate and honour Jacksons work.

The art students of the LYFORD CAY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL made a cheque presentation to the Jackson Logan Burnside III Library and Research Centre and donated a students painting during their art show last month in honour of Jacksons visit to their art class.
