Company: Karvy Computer share Private Ltd, I worked in KARVY Computers Shares Pvt Ltd as I.R.O(Invester Relation officer) since 8th February 2006 to 08th April 2011. Karvy are the Registrar and Transfers agent for Mutual Fund Companies handling more than 80% of mutual fund companies Products and also overseas mutual fund products. It is MNC BPO organization. It is based on Australia Computer Share Companies.

Job Profile:
The job includes the entire responsibility for investors, client and all branches Correspondence (NCT) for UTI Mutual Funds handled by Karvy Computer share Pvt. Ltd.
Updating investors details (Change of address, Bank mandates and etc)

Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) Reports like Daily Productivity Report, Monthly Review Report and other functional report needed by the management. Self-drafting all types of queries to commercial & non commercial transaction received through mails and telecom. Resolve the investor related queries dividend warrants, redemption warrants & brokerage warrants received through email & phone.

 Applications as per as cut-off time & DTR (Daily Transaction Report). Co-ordinate with bankers about the cheque clearance status. Co-ordinating with other team members for regular basis.
