John Thomason (Louis Ironson) John is a recent graduate of Northeastern State University with a Bachelor's in theater arts. He recently performed as Oliver is Shakedown in T-Town's production of "As You Like It" and Ken in "Rumors" with Actor's Company of Tulsa. He has enjoyed the challenge of character development for Louis and working with the cast and crew of Angels. Phillip Green (Prior) Phil is a Tulsa native who started acting four years ago in high school. Despite his youth he has starred in many plays including Hamlet, Two Rooms, and Proof. He just recently started his first semester as a theater major at UCO. Freddie Tate (Belize) Freddie Tate has been acting for six years and has appeared in such productions as Moby Dick!: The Musical, GAPs Jesus Christ Superstar, ATCs National Pastime and Sideshow. Freddies latest endeavor is two plays simultaneously which include this role and his role as Noah (Horse) T. Simmons in ATCs The Full Monty. Freddie also performs regularly with James Fields and the Ultimate Murder Mystery. Freddie loves acting and is always looking for multiple diverse ways to challenge himself. Gina McLean (Rabbi, Hanna, Ethel) Gina from a very early age knew she wanted to be an actress and since moving to Oklahoma, it's become her hobby and passion. She's appeared in such plays as Boy Gets Girl, Oedipus Rex, Fiddler on the Roof, The Vagina Monologues, Speed of Darkness. , Damn Yankees and Rocky Horror Stage Show. This is Gina's second show with Actors Company, appearing in Rumors by Neil Simon in September 2010. Gina thanks her parents for always believing in her and telling her that she could do anything that she put her mind to. Dave Garcia (Roy Cohn) Dave is thrilled to be playing the role of Roy Cohn. He may look like a veteran theatre guy but has been acting for just about two and a half years. Credits include Herr Schultz in TCCs Cabaret, Don John in Theatre Pops Much Ado About Nothing, Mr. Katz in Theatre Tulsas Hotl Baltimore, as well as Marley, Fezziwig and Mr. Dilber in ATCs Christmas Carol. Starr Hardgrove (Henry, Man in Park, Prior 2) Original founder of Actors Company of Tulsa in 2008, Starr Hardgrove has been in the theatrical community for about seven years. He graduated with his Bachelors Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and will complete his Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Arkansas. Starr been a six time recipient of Irene Ryan acting awards, a Charles Warthen Scholarship Winner and a member of Alpha Psi Omega. Starr has designed, directed, produced and acted in over two hundred productions and will be directing A Clockwork Orange this October. Starr would like to thank everyone who gave their heart, soul, and passion to this project. Thanks to my grandmother J. Franklin Hardgrove, Bonny Downs for being wonderful, and Desdemona. Bonny Downs (Sister Ella, Woman in Bronx, Emily, Angel) holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Oklahoma Christian University. She is proud to now be serving as Production Director for Actors Company of Tulsa, having recently directed Revenge of the Space Pandas by David Mamet for 2011 Summerstage. She has haunted the Tulsa theatre community as actor, director, and scenic designer. She would like to thank her fabulous cast, and her better half, Starr Hardgrove, for putting up with her on a daily basis. Hanna Nobles (Harper Pitt) feels so lucky to be working with this great cast on her dream role! Hanna is the Executive Director of Actors Company of Tulsa. Past credits include Vivian Revenge of the Space Pandas, Chris Rumors, Celimene The Misanthrope, Christine Phantom, and Cosette Les Miserables. Hanna studied Musical Theatre and Dance at Pace University in New York, NY. Hanna teaches acting, voice, dance, yoga, and etiquette. This show is for Mom, John, Melchior, and Wendla. James Frazier (Joe Pitt) J.R. Frazier is incredibly excited and privileged to be taking on the challenging role of Joe Pitt in ACOT's production of Angels in America: Millennium Approaches. This is his third production with ACOT, following Street Scene Fairy Tales and the David Mamet's wacky Revenge of the Space Pandas. In addition to his unwavering passion for theatre, J.R. also supports and works in the Tulsa independent film community with a feature film entitled Quivera currently in the editing room, which he cowrote and directed with local filmmaker Kevin Kisling.
