    Work Performed:
    It looked like there were a handful of workers for a minor project along Pamplin. Scaffolding was set up all along the right side of pamplin closest to Burress. Some of the windows were covered with a fiberboard material and there were workers moving from the top of the scaffolding and calking around the hokie stone.
