    Thank you for your letter, dated March 29, 2012, and the attached copies of the following three (3) decisions: [1] 1. 11-12-04 Decision in Zernik v Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court (8835/11) 2. 11-09-12 Decision in Katzav v State of Israel (3372/11) 3. 11-09-07 Decision in Zernik v State of Israel (6041/11) The certifications of all three decisions are deemed deficient, for the following reasons: The original legal records in this case are the decisions records, which were signed by the issuing judges and are presumably maintained in your office, not the unsigned copies, which were provided. The Regulations of the Court Office of the Clerk (2004), Regulation 6a (amended 2005) prescribes, that the certification, which the Chief Clerk may issue is, Copy Corresponds to the Original (Heeteq Matim la-Maqor). The stamp, used in the certification of the decisions, referenced above, states, Copying Corresponds to the Original (Haataqah Matimah la-Maqor).
