Really all of these ideas come to mind when I think of the late 1930s through the 1960s.

Many nation shaping events occurred during this time frame and a major one was the civil rights movement and the United States establishing dominance after World War Two. The South was heavily against equal rights for all and Kennedy who was the protagonist of the civil rights movement went to Texas to speak! All of the locations that I mentioned have a significant role in the book, whether it is Michaels birthplace in Washington, D.C. or The United States Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland. They all share a unique spot as shaping Michael into a true man and who he becomes. I touched on all of the main characters that Im really hoping to build off of. The head of the C.I.A., David Ross, who organizes this whole thing. Michaels parents will be touched on briefly but not discussed much until David Ross uses this to his advantage to have Michael kill the president. Uncle Jerry is a military crazed man who takes over as Michaels guardian and transforms him into a gung ho military man as well. Obviously Kennedy and Lee Harvey will be mentioned and play some role in the novel/movie. As I mentioned his uncles home is basically a military style compound ready to withstand anything which leads Michael to his extreme paranoia. Also a military grade rifle was used in the killing of the president so this all ties itself together. All of these aspects outlined will be used to create an intricate web of how everything is connected by one thing or another.
