Producer Name: Jasmine Dhillon Title of Production: Digipack Audience Details: Female, aged 17 Description of Work discussed / observed Digipack 1st Draft Comments: I absolutely love the front cover, the animated look of the buildings suit the genre very well, as it presents the retro vibe. The font also projects the quirkiness of Angie and her true self, which is what the song is about. Finally, the image of her thinking and then the text in a shape like a thinking bubble works very well together as it shows the idea of her thinking about her life and what the point of this fame is for. Only one improvement is to change the purple outline of the star, as it doesnt seem to match. The inside cover is also very retro and I even like the change in colour. Maybe do another draft of the front cover with this background, to see how it looks. Or you could even do a transition in colour, which you could say is symbolic of the stripping of the colour, like the stripping of her image to show her true identity. I think the CD looks fine, it matches the house style perfectly, but it has a lot more colour than the others. I think it looks better with the colour,. So try the others with a splash of bright colours just to see if it looks good. Finally, the back cover is also very good, the track listing is simple, as it should be and it has the image of the buildings. As I said before just try these different ideas and see what you think and like.
