LASSO TOOLS
A. Symbol and Descriptions of the tools :-

-Lasso tool is used to make a selection in the free form. Lasso tool rarely are used to make a
selection , because the proceeds will not be neat , especially when using the mouse. To get
as many rigorous results requires care and patience.

2.Polygonal Lasso Tool

Photoshop's Polygonal Lasso Tool, another of its basic selections tools, is a bit like a cross
between the Rectangular Marquee Tool and the standard Lasso Tool, both of which we
looked at in previous tutorials. It allows us to easily draw freeform selection outlines based
on straight-sided polygonal shapes.

3. Crop Tool

Cropping is the process of removing portions of a photo to create focus or strengthen the
composition. Use the Crop tool to crop and straighten photos in Photoshop. The Crop tool is
non-destructive, and you can choose to retain the cropped pixels to optimize
the crop boundaries later.

4. Healing Brush Tool

The Spot Healing Brush tool quickly removes blemishes and other imperfections in your
photos. The Spot Healing Brush works similarly to the Healing Brush: it paints with sampled
pixels from an image or pattern and matches the texture, lighting, transparency, and shading
of the sampled pixels to the pixels being healed.

5.Spot Healing Brush Tool

Photoshop Healing Brush. The Healing Brush tool allows you to fix image imperfections such
as scratches, blemishes, etc. By sampling the surrounding area or using a predefined pattern
you can blend the imperfections into the rest of the image. The healing brush tool is located
in the Photoshop Toolbox, on the left side

6.Patch Tool

The Patch Tool is one of the best tools Photoshop has to offer. It can save you a ton of time
when trying to make some adjustments to your image. You can use it to remove small or
large areas from your photo. You can also use it to duplicate parts of your photo.

7.Clone Stamp Tool

In computer graphics software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, the Clone Stamp


toolselects and samples an area of your picture and then uses these pixels to
paint over any marks. The Clone Stamp tool acts like a brush so you can change
the size, allowing cloning from just one pixel wide to hundreds.

8.Background Eraser Tool

The Background Eraser tool samples the colour at the centre of the brush, and deletes pixels
of a similar colour as you drag around your image.

9.Magic Eraser Tool

In the same menu as the Erase and Background Erase tool you'll find a third eraserand this
one's called the Magic Eraser tool. Basically, you can think of it as a MagicWand tool but
instead of just selecting similar pixels it deletes them.

10.Blur Tool

The Blur Tool is used to paint a blur effect. Each stroke made using the Blur Tool will lower
the contrast between affected pixels, making them appear blurred. ... A softblur brush will
alter pixels at varying strengths, stronger in the center turning weaker towards the edges.
