Mocca Cake Ingredients:

2 cup flour 5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup of sugar

8 eggyolk cup oil 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup of milk 5 packs of coffee (10 grams) or (5 tsp)

8 eggwhite 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 cup of sugar

Procedure: Bake at 175celsius for 45 minutes 1st 20 minutes on level 3 (25 middle) (use lower heat only)

MOCCA Icing Ingredients: 1 STICK OF BUTTER 1 CONDENSE MILK 1 EVAP SMALL 3 PACKS OF COFFE (3TSP)

Cheese Cake 2 cup flour 5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt cup sugar Mix + cup cheddar chese 8 eggyolk cup oil 2 tsp vanilla cup juice(pineapple) 1 cup milk

8 eggwhite 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 cup sugar

Chese cake Icing: 1 cup butter 1 cup powdered milk 1 can condensed milk Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Bake at 160 celsius or 175 celsius or 50 minutes

Chocolate Moist cake I. 1 cup choc. Powder (hintz) 2 cups h20 mix both

2 cup APF 1 tbsp Baking powder 1 tbsp baking soda 1 tsp salt

sift all

III. 2 CUP SUGAR 4 WHOLE EGGS 1 CUP OIL IV. ICING: 1 can evap milk 1 can condense 3 tbsp choco powder 125 gram butter

blend together until creamy

Thick: 180celsius for 40 minutes Thin: 160 celsius 40 minutes Cupcake: 170celsius for 30 minutes (up and down)
