HISTORY
The Company was incorporated on April 26, 1995 under the Companies Act as Priya Village Roadshow Limited and founded in 1997. PVR has over 142 screens in 33 multiplexes across India. Headquarter is in Haryana, India. PVR Anupam in Saket, India's first multiplex On June 28, 2002 the name of the Company was changed from Priya Village Roadshow Limited to PVR Limited.

PVR is present in 37 cities across India.
