    AFFIDAVIT

    I, Suresh Kumar Sharma S/o Sh. Satya Paul Sharma R/o Gadwal , Vijaypur, District Samba (J&K) do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:
    1. That I am pursuing my Ph.D. Degree from Post

    Graduate Department of Computer Science and IT of University of Jammu bearing Registration No. 89-SRS-02.
    2. That

    I have been registered as a whole-time research scholar for Ph.D. degree w.e.f. 1.11.2010 vide No.RA/Res-PH.D./12/2906 Dated 05.01.2012. 3. That I am not in scholarship from any 1.11.2010 till date. receipt other of any other course w.e.f.

    4. That I am not doing any service full time or part time w.e.f. 1.11.2010.
    5. That this affidavit is being solicited before

    the concerned authority for their records and for issuance of scholarship in my favour as per university rules.

    Deponent Veriication: Verified at Vijaypur on 11th of January,2012 that the contents of the affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
