Computer Platforms (Unit 01)

Background: Youre working as a System Engineer in Sys Tech Systems. Your company has received an order to provide 10 computers to the clients. Your supervisor has assigned this task to you with following instructions. Task: Consult with the client regarding his requirements and constraints, if any, and on their basis you are required to:

1. Propose machine components according to requirements (task and user both). 2. Propose OS on basis of their function s and customization features. 3. Develop and execute a test plan for your team to test hardware and software of the proposed system. 4. Provide user training manuals of the proposed system. 5. Develop a security policy keeping in view the physical and logical security levels. Backup and recovery, hacking, encryption, level of access rights. You will conduct a demonstration of one system to the client to justify that the system meets health and safety requirements, and train the user for any new feature that is available that he may need to learn.
