    The importance of the rep system really cannot be underestimated. A good structure and delivery of information is key to ensuring th at the REAL problems are heard. Reps are there to colle ct all those comments, criticisms and ideas that you say when youre amongst friends. The Rep system is the ke y to the University improving year-on-year. Therefore we need a dedicated w eek around the end of November where we go rep-craz y and ensure that every single student knows who their rep is and what they can accomplish by speaking to their rep.
