    The condensing water pipe has galvanic corrosion at the welding joints on all branch pipes. The customer requires a cost-effective and permanent solution that can withstand the 350 psig operating pressure. Wrap Seal PLUS corrosion repair system and Seal Stic steel epoxy was used together to perform TM pipeline repair and rehabilitation in this project. First, Seal Stic steel epoxy was applied to built up the pitted TM TM area, then Wrap Seal PLUS activated resin was coated onto the pipe surface. Lastly, Wrap Seal PLUS fiberglass repair tape is applied onto the coated pipe for reinforcement. Application Photographs
