We have been involved in a six month major downsizing of the house and house renovation. The real estate agent found a buyer within nine days of the listing in mid-June, but it required offers and counter offers throughout the remainder of June and into July to settle on the price. We now have signed and finalized a contract on the house that gives us huge relief and no more lingering worries regarding the disposition of the house. The College Hunks were of considerable assistance during the downsizing effort and transport of some furniture and other personal items. The downsizing effort would have been far more difficult for us without the support of the program and the students. Enclosed are three letters of reference and checks for each of the students who assisted us [Dan Dotter, Omar Fahnbulleh, and Rene Melgar]. The College Hunks program provides a valuable service to the community, and an excellent source of income and work experience to participating students.
