David and Vivas Acquaint & Extortion Treaty

The following treaty will declare an end to the trifling disputes between David and Viva. This treaty concurs of the following controversies:

1.) David shall not threaten to expropriate the giving of kiss chocolates to Viva Annie Sandoval. 2.) Viva shall always spoil David Perez in terms of his self reliance and disbelief of absurd and meaningless arguments. 3.) When one friend mentions a statement, he/she will not render the conversation unimportant until the other has heard what they had to say. 4.) David will always be the higher power when it comes to settling disagreements. 5.) The one who falls asleep on the other person without giving a goodnight statement is required to be the first to text the other the following day. 6.) David will always be cool and awesome just because of the simple fact that he is what he says he is.
*All revisions must take place before August 14, 2012. If no revisions are presented by then, these rules will take effect and be enforced right away. You are granted the permission to add onto the agreements as you please.* By signing the configuration below, both peeps will agree to the points given above. If any of these are to be broken, a court date will be announced and the uncommitted person of his/her oath will be prosecuted under the Court of Law. There will be no option to plead innocent; all cases will be rendered guilty. *Treaty must be renovated in 6 months*
