Dear Mr. Tumburin Thank you for your letter with details of our changed holidays arrangements. We realize holiday arrangements sometimes have to change but we have some problems and disagree with all your new arrangements. Firstly, I have got work on 15th October (15/10/07), so its impossible for us. Secondly, we booked our original hotel to feel more comfortable. Hotel Star is so far away and I need to be close to the city due to I had planned spending time with my family. Finally, I cant believe that the service doesnt include pick up from the airport. So I definitely reject the service of your company. Ive never been in this situation Im very angry, so please dont bother calling me and insist about this. Yours sincerely, Sharon Daz
