Staffing is the process of selecting and training individuals for specific job functions and charging them with the associated responsibilities. Staffing is that part of the process of management which is concerned with acquiring, developing, employing, appraising, remunerating and retaining people so that right type of people are available at right positions and at right time in the organisation. CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS: As we were organising a workshop for orphanage children, so we required skilled persons. We hired candidates according to the following procedure:

Appointment Letter As it is said: more effective the human resource is, better the results are. So staffing was an important step for making our event a success. The mode of communication was through medium of notice so that it could reach out to maximum candidates and can help the workshop.

NOTICE

This is to inform that a two day workshop for orphanage children is being organized on 20th and 21st October, 2011 at K.L. SAIGAL memorial hall, Jalandhar. The various activities for orphanage children including Magic Show, Painting Competition, and Dance Competition will be undertaken. Five skilled coordinators are required for helping in the effective functioning of the workshop, and they will be rewarded with the certificates and medals by the NGO.
