Former Hidalgo County Democratic Party Chairwoman Dolly Elizondo-Garcia Appointed to Annies List Statewide Board of Directors (Austin, TX.) - Annie's List announced today that Dolly Elizondo-Garcia, former Hidalgo County Democratic Party Chair, was unanimously elected to the Annie's List statewide Board of Directors. A native of Mission, Texas, she will become the 13th member of the board, joining influential women from across the state to lead one of the largest and most successful Democratic PACs in Texas. She just finished her four-year term as the Hidalgo County Democratic Party Chair and is a respected business leader and owner of a successful real estate brokerage and development company. "Dolly is a longtime supporter of our candidates and has been a successful woman candidate in her own right.
