They are still developing fluency and like anything this requires practise! * Basic Facts Please encourage daily practise of both addition & subtraction to 20 and multiplication and division facts. These are essential for ease of learning stage 5 strategies (National Standard for year 3&4). Most children should now know their 2x, 5x, 10x tables. This is both multiplying and dividing.
