Devil Curry Ingredients: Oxtail 3 kg Chinese roast pork 1 kg Bacon kg Cabbage leaves 10 Tomatoes 4 Big onions 3 Red chillies

es 6 Lemon grass 2 Galangal (Lengkuas) " Small onions 15 Ginger 4" Dried chillies (grounded) 60 Mustard 4 tsp Vinegar 8 soup spoons Oil 3 tbs Sugar 2 soup spoons Salt to taste Fry chillis for 20 minutes. Add a few tsp of salt, add bacon, garlic, ginger, onions, galagal and lemon grass. Add 1 cup of water to boil down i.e. about 5 minutes or till it boils. Add 4 soup spoons of vinegar to mustard powder and stir till paste. Add onions and oxtail stock to cook for an hour. Add in oxtail, roast pork, cabbages and vinegar (4 soup spoons). Complement vinegar with additional sugar. Cover up and cook a little more and it's done.
