vanilla essence ingredients A 40g cornflour 180g flour 45g potato chips (ground) for decoration egg yolk amond flakes steps 1)cream butter and castor sugar for 4 mins 2)add egg yolk and vanilla essence. cream for another 1 min. 3)mix together ingredients A and add to the mixture above. knead thoroughly. 4)roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes. 5)arrange biscuits onto baking trays. 6)glaze wih egg yolk and decorate with almond flakes. 7)bake at 160 degree celsius for 15 mins until golden.
