    Literacy Homework
    Remember that a copy of the homework is always available online at mrpitts.co.uk!

    This week you created a fact file about a well known river, many of you chose the River Nile. I would like you to use your research and information to write a factual poem about the river you researched. You can write in verses or make it into an acrostic poem. It should tell the reader what the river is like and the details you have learned.

    Spelling List Week 3 Words ending in u and i gnu Peru Zulu haiku ecru emu kiwi bhaji alibi ski spaghetti corgi chapatti fungi ravioli macaroni

    Remember as well that, when learning your spellings, I would like you to try and improve on the score you managed last week. If you learned 7 correctly, aim to get 8 right this week. I will be delighted if you learn all 16 each wekk!
