RED BATCH YEARBOOK WRITE-UP GUIDELINES 1. Your write-up must start with a stock epithet.

A stock epithet is a descriptive word or phrase used to characterize a person. Examples of this are The Pink Crayon, The Silent Reader, The Bohemian Rhapsody, etc. The stock epithet should creatively sum up what is written in your write-ups body. 2. Your write-up must be in 3rd person speech and should be in whole essay form. We do not restrict you from getting write-ups from friends but please combine it already in one whole essay. Please avoid the following sample: Dom is a girl who never fails to turn heads because of her beauty. blah blah blah. Sam, friend She never fails to brighten up her friends day with her funny antics. blah blah blah. Antony, long-time neighbor 3. Maximum number of words in the write-up: 200 words. 4. Write-ups SOFT COPY must be submitted to the CLASS REP on/before SEPTEMBER 29, 2012. Please comply with the deadline as the WRITE-UP IS AN ADSA CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT. NO WRITE-UP, NO CLEARANCE. 5. Please AVOID using poems and compiled quotes as your write-up. Please see next page for the format to be followed. Please follow the SAME FORMAT (font, size, margins, spacing, order).
