9.0 RECOMMENDATION 1. Using an adjustable welding table.

The welder can adjust the welding table at their own comfortable position due to height of welder. 2. Change the direction of welding from (left-right) to (upward-downward)

This kind of direction is easier to maintain the speed and gap between electrode and part.

3. Modify the welding torch and the hoses to small size and light weight

The original welding torch and hoses are too larger, it difficult to see an arc welding which leads to poor welds

4. Using high tech goggle

Wears high tech goggle allow welder to see the arc without see the welding ray. It makes the welder easier to control and avoid the slag.

5.0 EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE 1. The part was attached securely on the welding table/support. 2. The contaminant and any traced of oxidation on the part were removed by sand paper or sand blasting. 3. The argon gas valve was turned on. 4. The main switch was turned on 5. The suitable speed of consumable electrode was adjusted. 6. The welding torch was dipped in nozzle gel to prevent spatter. 7. The nozzle was bringing closed to part with a gap about 0.5cm. 8. The trigger was pressed 9. Arc welding produced was cleaned by wire brush.
