Supervisor in Legal Discovery Work Department

The key functions of this role are: Supervising a team of Legal Documents Analysts and Legal Quality Assurance Analysts; Ensuring high level of service delivery to the client; Providing positive leadership to develop and maintain a team ethos, coaching and encouraging team members; Managing workflow and work streams to optimum efficiency according to changing volumes; Maintaining agreed performance targets to achieve required service levels; Pro-active identification of potential and extant service delivery problems; Requirements: Educated to Law degree level Experience in the legal environment Experience in Discovery and disclosure work would be an asset Performance management of individuals and teams Experience in an English-speaking environment Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills We offer: Opportunity to work in UK legal processes Work in an international and multicultural environment Opportunity to work for a market-leading organisation Training and development opportunities within the company
