    121012-1930-01 Suspicious Person Huntersville Post Office The complainant reported a white male, wearing a checkered shirt, jeans and checkered boxers, was exposing himself in the parking lot. Officers were unable to locate anyone matching the description. 121012-2127-00 Larceny 706 Gilead Road (Food Lion) The complainant reported a male entered the store and stole two bottles of wine. Officers located the male behind the business and the merchandise was returned to the store. The male was banned from the business by the manager. 121012-2352-00 Disturbance 12125 Statesville Road (Easy Eddies) The complainant reported an argument over a pool game. All subjects left prior to officers arrival. 121013-0047-06 Noise Complaint 14530 Cordial Lane Officers received a call reference to load music at this location. Officers later return for a disturbance at this address, between neighbors, for calling the police for the noise. 121013-0312-00 Assault 10705 Huntersville Commons Drive The victim stated his girlfriends friend came over and started a fight. The friend left before officers arrived. The victim received minor cuts and bruises during the altercation however he refused medic.
