We also will be glad to discuss with you options for cakes customized to special diets: sweetened with maple syrup, honey, agave nectar and stevia extract, using sprouted and whole wheat flour, coconut oil, alternative milk products etc All custom cakes require advance notice of at least a week.
We use real butter, pure vanilla extract and unbleached (in many cakes local organic) flour.
