Ingredients:

4 cups bread flour 2 tsp active quick rising dry yeast 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 Tblsp Oil
Prep-time: 3 hours Total time: 4 hrs 25 mins

Gratifying with soups, pastas and by itself!
Yield: 1 Loaf
Pre-heat oven: 375F

Preperation:

1. Mix together sugar, warm water, and active dry yeast in a small container and set aside for 10 minutes or until bubbly. 2. Whisk together bread flour and salt. 3. On a clean and dry flat surface, mound the flour and make a well in the center, slowly pour yeast mixture into center. 4. Hand Kneed until surface of dough is smooth and soft. 5. Allow to rest for 1 hour 30 minutes. 6. Test to see if dough is ready by pressing a single flour covered finger into the center and see if the dough rebounds slowly, if it does it is ready 7. Kneed dough again for 5 minutes and shape into square. 8. Let rest for 1 hour 15 minutes, place on sheet pan and bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes . Pull from oven and let cool. Cut and Enjoy.
