    Hi, I've a visa card with IDBI Bank in India. This is a debit card related linked to my savings account with them. I've been banking with IDBI since Aug 2007 and they are the best banks I've ever held my account with in terms of customer service. The card no is 4587 7700 5050 5271. I went to a few merchant location and tried to pay using this card and these transaction were decline but charged to my account. I then made the same payment using my other visa card with HSBC HK. Its been sometime Im trying to get this reversed and I understand that my bank could much, as it is for visa to help them resolve it. Now I need that money badly as I'm affected by Hurricane Sandy. And I'm not asking for loan this is my money and I worked hard for it. I did call your customer service and he said that they could not do anything. I thought visa is a responsible organization and run by professionals. After this experience I've decided to the following: 1. I've decided to call all my banks across the world and replace my visa card with something else. 2. I've also pass this message to all my business partners, and my team to make sure that none of us who are part of Aanamike does not use visa card. 3. I'll also decided that we won't accept visa card as a payment option at our website or Merchant location. We rather lose business than dealing with organization like visa who does not understand the customer.
