Amount of Money Malaysian spend per Week on Public Transport. The stimuli show a bar chart on Money Spent per Week on Public Transport by Malaysian by Age (2011), and a newspaper headline on Cabbies Preferred. Generally, the amount of money spends on public transportation per week decreases as the number of age increases. According to the bar chart and the newspaper headline, the taxis is the main public transport used as Malaysian around 30-49 and 50-64 years old spent most of their money on taxis, similar to the youngsters, age below 30. The 65-74 spent below RM3 on taxis while above 75 group age spent twothird from RM3. Subordinated is the use of the bus by Malaysian under 30, 30-49, and 50-64 years old group as they spent below RM4 per week on the bus. However, the last two groups, 65-74 and 75 and above age groups spent more of their money on the train, compared to the bus. In conclusion, depending of the age group of people in Malaysia which keep on increasing, the amount of money spends on public transportation per week, gradually decline.
