Our Service Contract

Response time Formal reply from HR within 72 hours of


receiving the request

New recruits in grade D and above will be formally


inducted within 1 week of joining the Company.

Leave applications will be processed and settlement will


be paid to employees seven days prior to going on leave.

Loans and advances - applications received before noon,


will be processed the next day, and those received after
that will be processed in two days. Salary Certificates /
request for bank letters will be issued on the next day of
receiving the request.

Request for Embassy/Consulate letters will be processed


twice a week on Saturdays and Mondays.

Short listed C.V.s or placing an advertisement will be


actioned / handed over to the Manager within four days of
receiving the request. All jobs (except Management
grade A and above) will be internally advertised.

Internal advertisements will be placed on various notice


boards within four days of receiving the information.

Training evaluation will be completed on the last day of


the training programme.

Any change to Company Policy will be communicated to


the staff within a week

All telephone related jobs will be submitted to Saudi


Telecom within 48 hours of receiving the completed
application - and followed up on a regular basis

All employees will be advised about their passport /


driving license / Iqama expiry one month before expiry

Vehicle registration notification will be sent twice a month


(for Company owned Vehicles only)

Arabic/English letters to the Consulate and Traffic


Department will be ready on the next day of receiving the
request.
