achieve plan confirmation, and the court having considered the facts and argument of counsel, orders the following:
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Debtors' deadline for

filing a disclosure statement and plan of reorganization is extended to October 15, 2012. The Debtors' deadline for achieving plan confirmation is extended to January 14, 2013. All other provisions of the Agreed Order on Motion of the United States Trustee to Convert Cases Setting Deadlines and Granting Other Relief shall remain in effect and controlling. IT IS SO ORDERED
