    is good cause to expedite such hearing and accordingly, the Motion for Expedited Hearing should be granted; it is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the hearing on the Motion to Amend Order Granting Joint Motion of Some PACA Trust Beneficiaries and the Debtors for Use of the PACA Trust Funds is hereby set for

    October 30, 2012 at 9:30 o'clock a.m. in the United States

    Bankruptcy Court, Courtroom No. 3, 5th Floor, 615 E. Houston St., San Antonio, Texas, and that Debtor shall issue notice of such hearing to all parties in interest. IT IS SO ORDERED
