HRD Report on Absences, Leave,Return to Work Labor Code of the Philippines Manual of Regulations for Private Schools Annotated Rev. Ed. 1998
Guidelines:
1. Basis of employee salary shall be on the attendance report submitted by the
Chiefs of Office/Department Heads as compared to HRDO’s reported leaves/absences, notice of return to work and authorized salary deductions such as payment for SSS, Pag-ibig, Income Tax, Insurance, personal loans and the like.
2. Employees shall receive their salary on a bi-monthly basis scheduled on the 1 st
and 16th day of each month.
3. Payment of salary shall be through a cooperating Bank’s Automated Tellering
Machine. Individual pay slips for salary verification shall be made available at the Cashier’s Office.
4. Resigning/terminated employees are subject to clearance and quit claim
procedure before they can receive their last salary and other benefits/claims. In case of death of the employee, payment of salary shall be made to the heirs. An affidavit attesting the relationship to the deceased as the rightful dependent shall be accomplished before said claim can be acquired.
