ORDER ADJOURNING CORPORATION OF THE CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF SEATTLES MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY Upon the motion, dated April 19, 2012 (the Motion) (Docket No. 284) of the Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle (the Archdiocese) seeking relief from the automatic stay in order to timely remove certain litigation pending in Washington state court against The Christian Brothers Institute and The Christian Brothers of Ireland, Inc., debtors and debtors-in-possession (the Debtors), and other defendants; and upon the Debtors limited consent dated June 25, 2012 (Docket No. 357); and upon the objection of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the Committee) dated July 2, 2012 (Docket No. 363); and upon the joinder of the plaintiffs in the Washington state court action to the Committees objection, dated July 2, 2012 (Docket No. 365); and upon the Archdioceses reply dated July 6, 2012 (Docket No. 370); and upon the arguments of counsel raised at the hearing before this Court on July 9, 2012 with respect to the Motion; and upon the record established at the hearing held on July 9, 2012, it is ORDERED, that the Motion is adjourned to October 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. before the undersigned United States Bankruptcy Judge.
